Ryan Kershaw is an award-winning recording artist, author and music educator.
Ryan provides private consulting and coaching sessions for musicians of all levels.
An early pioneer in combining the personal growth and music industries, Ryan strengthened the link between music education and schools in New Zealand by creating workshops to bring together key figures of organisations such as Independent Music New Zealand, Smokefree Rockquest and Music Education New Zealand Aotearoa.
Ryan encouraged the conversation on mental health in the music industry with his 2014 interview on The Nutters Club, and was the first recipient of the Music Managers Forum ‘Mentoring Success’ Award, presented to him by his mentor, ex-Marketing Director for Virgin Records, Lorraine Barry (Smashing Pumpkins, Spice Girls, Ice T) .
As a guitar teacher Ryan has enjoyed seeing 100% of his students undertaking high-school and University exams pass with Excellence in both composition and performance, and many of his students have gone on to record, tour internationally and even become music teachers themselves.
Ryan currently contributes articles to The Guitar Association of New Zealand, Audioculture, Tune Me In magazine and Muzic.net.nz, and enjoys creating the awesome playlists for Goldirocks clients.

Sarah is a Munster Hairdresser of the Year 2018, Master Stylist and Creative Hair Artist, as well Keune Master Colourist & Platinum Hair Extension Certified.
Originally from New Zealand where she set up the first ‘rock ‘n’ roll’ hair & bright colour hair specialist salon ‘Live & Let Dye‘ in Auckland, she has continued her passion after moving to Cork.
Starting out with a Bachelor of Visual Arts, majoring in Photography and Painting she then went on to receive top honours in New Zealand’s best hairdressing academy, going on to style hair for top events such as NZ Fashion Week, NZ Next Top Model, Vodafone NZ Music Awards
As well as specialising in creative hair colour, she also has a passion for creative haircuts and Pin-Up and Vintage Styling, having styled hair for pin-up and burlesque events, Miss Pin-Up NZ & Very Vintage Day Out and also movies.
In 2017 Sarah was also asked to be an Educator for colour company Keune in Ireland and gained her Master Colourist Certificate.
Sarah loves big colour changes and working with clients on a plan for their hair, making them feel comfortable with the process.
Award-winning senior stylist Sinead relocated to her Mothers hometown of Cork City, after winning Evo NZ Educator of the Year in 2017. Coming from a top salon in Auckland, NZ, working at New Zealand fashion week with Tony & Guy, and for NZ Wedding Magazine, has given Sinead rich international experience in creating beautiful, soft, wearable looks.
As a colour technician she has educated throughout the country in New Zealand and Ireland, sharing upcoming colour trends and techniques, and continues to be Evo Brand Manager for the Munster Region.
In the salon, Sinead brings 12 years of experience in the industry, allowing her to create the perfect hue for her clients, from big colour changes to a soft pop of pastel.
As well as having a passion for bright hair colours, Taylor is a qualified Barber!
With multiple colour course certificates to her name, Goldirocks was a natural fit and she became part of the team in May 2017. Taylor’s friendly approach and ability to really listen to our clients has won the trust of many fans of bright hair in Cork, and has continued to master vivid colour blends.
She is continuing her training with Goldirocks and has a natural talent, well above her official level of hairdressing.
