Important Info – what to expect from your appointment during the Covid-19 Pandemic

We want to make everyones appointment at Goldirocks relaxing and comfortable even during a pandemic.

This is why we have put procedures in place to keep our clients and ourselves as safe as possible. Please read carefully before your appointment and if you have any problems with any of these regulations, or want to discuss them, please email us immediately on

  • You will be given an appointment time. Please turn up on time, not early as there will be no waiting area.
  • Please don’t be late to your appointment as we have allocated a specific block of time to your appointment including time before and after to disinfect our tools and your station….if you are late we may not have time to fit you in or to complete your appointment.
  • You will be provided with a mask which is compulsory for you to wear. Please leave this on for your entire appointment.
  • Hand sanitiser will be provided at the sanitising station when you enter, you must sanitise upon entering and exiting.
  • Please come to your appointment alone, only you will be allowed to enter the salon, this includes no children.
  • Bring as little as possible, if you bring a bag or jacket you will be given a bag to put it in upon entry & this is to be kept with you at the station.
  • We wont be providing refreshments or magazines at this time. If you would like to bring your own, please also take them out with you, including rubbish. You are welcome to bring a book.
  • Please pay by card if possible
  • If you need any hair product, let us know and we will bring it to you at your station.
  • Free fringe trim service is not available at this time.
  • If you FEEL SICK, have ANY of the symptoms associated with COVID-19 including temperature & cough OR if you have been in contact within the last 14 days with anyone suspected or positive for COVID-19 or if you are awaiting test yourself, please contact us immediately and DO NOT ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT!!
  • A 5 euro PPE charge will apply to each appointment to cover out extra costs of client and staff PPE and disposables. Thank you for understanding.
